An evening inspired by what's happening in the vineyard, the cellar, and the fields, featuring new wine releases, seasonal farm-to-table plates and thoughtfully selected wine pairings.

6pm | The Winemaker's Dinner

Take your seat in the Great Room for a 5 course farm-to-table dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with Adamo Estate wines

Discover new releases, hear from Winemaker Vanessa McKean and Executive Chef Sunil Nandal, and experience the flavours of the season through a menu created to celebrate the bounty of harvest.
