Winemaking: The Chardonnay grapes used in this blend were sourced from many of the vineyards we work with. The grapes were hand harvested and whole cluster pressed the grapes in our gentle bladder press. The juice was cold settled in a stainless tank before racking into barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. After aging was complete, specific barrels were selected from different vineyard lots to create the blend. All selected barrels were blended into tank where the blend was cold stabilized, gently fined and lightly filtered before bottling.
