Appearance:
Straw with a salmon-coloured hue and bubbles!
Aromas:
Fresh and clean with notes of citrus fruits fill the glass. Secondary notes of biscuit toastiness, grapefruit pith, and mineral notes followed by complex aromas of baked bread and creamy lees.
Palate:
This youthful wine has tiny fine bubbles with a delicate yet rich palate. As the silky mousse fills the mouth there is a mid-palate weight that’s round and creamy. Subtle complexities of orange cream, dragon fruit, and honeydew melon are on the forefront of the palate. Secondary notes of lees and hints of oak to follow. Our 2018 Blanc de Noir is subtle, soft, and elegant with a smooth, fine mousse and a medium-length, refreshing finish.
