Straw with a pale hue and lots of bubbles!
Aromas:
Crisp and clean with fruity notes of green apple, Bartlett pear, hints of citrus followed by complex aromas of crème brûlée, nougat, biscuit cream lees. With another swirl you are left with subtle notes of toasted nuts and a hint of oak.
Palate:
This is beautifully balanced with velvety macro bubbles delivering a delicate and elegant wine. The aromatics mirror that of the nose with layered complexities of mineral notes along with green apple, crisp pear, citrus pith and biscuit flavours. The bubbly mouse
lifts the fruit components on the palate with subtle complexities of citrus zest, leesy notes, toasted nuts and hints of oak follow. Our 2017 Blanc de Blanc showcases a backbone of acidity and bolstering balance, with a smooth, lingering finish.
